The Short Version
In three sentences, here's what matters.
i.

How we handle your texts.

Sterling Marketing operates automated SMS messaging on behalf of our client businesses. Here's exactly how it works, when you'll get a message, and how to stop.

When you'll get a message

When you call a business whose phone system is managed by Sterling Marketing and the call is unanswered, you'll receive one automated text from that business within 30 seconds inviting you to continue the conversation by text. Follow-up messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates — all tied to your original inquiry.

How you consent

By calling a Sterling Marketing client business, you consent to receive a brief SMS reply from that business if the call goes unanswered. Every message identifies the business sending it.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for support, or contact us using the information below.

Opt-out is immediate

Reply STOP to any message and you'll immediately stop receiving texts from that business. You'll get one confirmation message, then nothing further. We will never share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
